I got a quote from a different, very popularly-used company for work to be done and was astonished at how much they wanted to charge us. Then I found AdvantaClean. The other company was slow to come, the office employee was not polite, and the price was exorbitant. Everyone with whom we dealt at AdvantaClean - Julie in the office, Josh who came to assess, and the two kind workers who came to do the job - displayed professionalism, efficiency, promptness, and great customer service. The AdvantaClean price was far lower despite coming from another town. The result appears to be exactly what was needed. I will definitely recommend them to others.

When I called in to ask about cleaning my ductwork, I thought she said they would clean the evaporator coil and fan but the crew said they didn't clean them. I think they said they would spray them with a sanitizer. The crew did a great job.

This company was great! We just moved in to a 1948 bungalow in Belmont and I knew the ducts had probably never been cleaned. The guys that came were on time, professional and efficient! Highly recommend!!

Great Company! AdvantaClean recently helped us out recently with our sump pump that was installed prior to us moving in. Our sump pump alarm was sounding underneath the house and based on positive local word of mouth, we called AdvantaClean. They were incredibly responsive. As soon as we called Julie, we received a warm welcome to the area and Josh came out to diagnose the issue. At first we thought the pump motor had failed, but Josh carefully inspected and it only needed proper cleaning to be back up and running. He explained everything in detail with a great base of knowledge. This company is honest. In today's day and age, you see people making a quick buck and possibly repairing something that has an easier resolution. Nice to see they were here to help, not just adding another invoice. Things are working great now and we will be calling them back if we need any service under our house.

AdvantaClean responded very quickly in evaluating a home I was considering purchasing and provided important information in developing an offer for the purchase. After purchasing the home they installed a moisture barrier and implemented corrective action to divert water away from the home. The quality of the work provided by the crew dispatched to perform the work was great and they were very professional. I strongly recommend this company.

When I found out that I had mold underneath my crawlspace and in my Duck Work. Of course I was worried and concerned , as this was the first time I’ve ever had this issue. I got on the phone and had no idea who to call, do you call a mold expert, a Duck Work cleaning service? I called several companies to come out and take a look but was steered so many different directions. !! I was told so many different things and was so confused and still didn’t really know what direction to take. Or what was true and not true. So I decided to call one more company and that was Advanta cleaning. They came out to do a free estimate the very next day. The guy Josh was extremely knowledgeable and told me that the mold wasn’t bad at all nothing out of the ordinary for where we live and having a crawlspace. Not only did he take his time to explain everything but I also shared pictures of underneath my crawlspace while he was explaining everything and how to take care of it. And insured me everything is gonna be fine. From that moment I knew that this was the company I wanted to take care of our home our investment. Julie the owner called to put us on the schedule !!! Yay !!! They showed up the morning of their scheduled date 9:00 AM sharp. Not only were they very professional but they are punctual, hard-working and honest. Honest is the big keyword for me here. This is a great company. Stan came out and did a very thorough job. He inspected my rental property as well as my home. He was completely honest in his findings. I half expected him to come out and tell me we had to tear out walls and carpet at my rental, but he found nothing of concern. Most companies would have found SOMETHING to get the job.
